Guided trail runs within the New Forest National Park

Few things can beat leaving your phone behind, striding out on to a trail, filling your lungs with the freshest of air and surrounding yourself in nature.

Run Forest Run offers free scheduled and paid tailored runs in the New Forest National Park. We leave the roads behind (and often the tracks) and venture into the heart of the forest. No needs for maps, local knowledge or finding a running buddy.

Runs are led by me, Ant Robins LiRF (England Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness) and a local club run leader. I’ve decades of experience toddling, walking and running in the forest.

There’s a free scheduled run every Wednesday evening, starting from different locations. See the schedule. I try and cater for a wide range of abilities, with run-backs to keep everybody active and make sure nobody gets left behind.  To give you confidence, I put a guide minimum pace against the runs so you can check that it’s right for you.

Tailored runs can be arranged directly with me on a 1-2-1 or group basis, early mornings, evenings and most weekends with sufficient notice. Visitors to the area, anybody wishing for accompanied / coached runs, hotels, campsites, activity groups: visit contact me for availability and to see rates. Distance from 3 to 20 miles at a pace to suit you (unless you’re Mo Farah)

Join me on a free run or arrange a paid tailored run today

To maintain my England Athletics LiRF qualification I hold a DBS enhanced certificate which is mandatory when dealing with children and/or vulnerable adults
