Use this form to contact me about free Wednesday runs or paid tailored runs. For the latter, please give date and time preferences. Note I have a full time job so am unlikely to be available between 8:30am-6pm weekdays, although some flexibility does exist.
Below are the charges for tailored runs. Once there are five or more runners, the charge does not increase further (maximum capacity = 12).
