Mettle Milers Advanced Groups

In addition to our Beginners and Improvers Groups, eventually we will look to offer two other sessions for runners:

  • A Social Group, where we will meet up, warm up and run for approx 45mins on a pre-planned leader led run route which can be between 5 and 8km depending on ability, followed by a cool down
  • A Development Group, where we work on speed and hill sessions to improve strength and speed, and that all important sprint finish! These are higher intensity but shorter in time sessions where you will need to work hard!

Unlike Beginners and Improvers where there is a fee for the course, these sessions will be membership based. For a regular monthly payment you can come to as many sessions as you can make.
