Mettle Milers 0-5k Groups

Our 8-week 0-5k 'Introduction to Running' Beginners Groups are based on a tried and tested plan, consisting of one leader led run session and two homework runs per week. After each leader led session you will be sent an email with the two homework runs plus some friendly words of encouragement and advice!

The course builds distance steadily over the 8 weeks and the run leader will choose a variety of routes to ensure you're getting experience on both flat and hilly terrain. Fear not, our leader Frances has many years Run Leading experience and has coached over 250 women through 0-5k!

Whatever your previous running experience, from none at all to returning after a long break or injury, we are here to help you start to achieve your running goals. Many past participants have started nervously and finished 8 weeks later feeling very accomplished and with new running buddies.

Payment for the course will be through a one off upfront payment for the full 8 weeks. After that, you can choose to become a member of Mettle Milers or to sign up for the 8 week Improvers course.
