At Longford Striders Coventry, the safety and wellbeing of our young people is our highest priority. In line with England Athletics and RunTogether safeguarding guidance, we require all participants aged 12–17 years to have a completed parental/guardian consent form before joining our sessions.

This consent process helps us to:

• Keep accurate contact and emergency details.
• Understand any relevant medical or additional needs.
• Confirm parental/guardian permissions for participation and photography.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and professional environment.
