A great day at the RunTogether Group Leader Development Day at Alexander Stadium, with sessions on inclusive running, nature-based wellbeing, and practical resistance band training. Inspiring talks, including one from Sam Barlow of Fitmums & Friends, provided plenty of ideas to bring back to Longford Striders sessions. A valuable and enjoyable day of learning and networking.
