Mettle Milers Run Options

Meeting outside the Greenhill Community Library every Monday, we welcome new runners who can already cover 5k in up to 40 mins. Monday nights are our chatty social 'Headspace' runs (a nod to how our group began), and we progress in distance as we go through the month. 

1st Monday - 5k

2nd Monday - 6k

3rd Monday - 7k

4th Monday - 8k

Extra Monday - something special!

Our 'Mettle' runs meet on a Thursday evening, and are designed to improve speed and stamina by running harder over a shorter distance. You should already be regularly running  at least 5k before joining these sessions in order to avoid injury.
