Our New Couch to Trail 5K programme is designed for absolute beginners who want to go from walking to confidently running 5K in just 12 weeks. Unlike traditional road-based Couch to 5K plans, we focus on running in nature, following scenic Bedfordshire trails that make every step more enjoyable.
