About Bedfordshire Trail Runners

We’re a RunTogether‑affiliated trail running group built around community, encouragement, and inclusion. Our members range from absolute beginners to experienced ultra runners, all united by a love of exploring the outdoors at their own pace.

We run regular group sessions across Bedfordshire, including scenic routes through:

  • Chicksands Woods – soft forest tracks and peaceful woodland loops

  • Ampthill Great Park – ancient trees, hill climbs, and panoramic views

  • Barton Hills and Pegsdon – open skies, chalk paths, and wildflower valleys

  • Priory Marina and Bedford River paths – flat, social runs ideal for new trail runners

No matter your pace or experience level, you’ll find support, laughter, and plenty of encouragement.
